CGC grading UK: prices, the grade scale and how to submit Pokémon cards
CGC grades trading cards in the US. UK collectors either send cards direct, paying in US dollars plus postage, or go through a UK submission service. Here’s what CGC costs from the UK, how its grades work and how it compares with PSA.
Quick answer: CGC grading from the UK costs £14 a card through The Sub Center (bulk, cards worth up to $500, 150+ business days), or from $17 a card direct from CGC (25-card minimum). CGC’s top grade is Pristine 10, above Gem Mint 10, and a Gem Mint 10 needs 55/45 centering on the front.

CGC’s grade scale
CGC grades from 1 to 10. Its Pristine 10 means flawless under magnification with 50/50 centering; Gem Mint 10 is the regular top grade, and Mint+ 9.5 allows one small flaw.
